Placing an order could not be simpler. Simply browse our online store, and if you would like to buy any items click the 'Add to Basket' button. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. The easiest way to pay is online using your credit card. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, you can place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Postage and Packing is £5 for customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. Your items will be sent via first class post, using recorded delivery.
Customers outside the UK:We also ship to countries outside the UK, and there is a flat fee per order based on the destination. International orders are generally received within 10-14 working days.
Delivery TimescalesWe aim to deliver most items (within the UK) in approximately 5-7 working days. Please use these delivery timescales as a guideline. If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to get it for you as soon as possible. We will email you if this is the case, and give you an idea of when we should be able to dispatch the order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We never charge your credit/debit card until we actually dispatch your goods,;

Customers in the UK or European Union have to pay the price inclusive of VAT, currently 17.5%. For all other customers, orders are VAT free.
Placing your order online is completely safe as our online store is placed on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer encryption) the current standard for internet security and you should be able to see a padlock symbol in the bottom right corner of your browser window which indicates that you are on our secure server at this moment. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not happy with any product purchased from us simply return it for a full refund enclosing a note stating the reason for its return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days starting the day after your receive your goods. If you do wish to cancel your order please email us at orders@greens-jewellers.co.uk. We will ask you to return the goods to us at your cost. We will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Please be sure to return items in a resaleable condition, i.e, items should be returned in their box. When returning items through the post we advise you to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.

You will hear from us within 5 working days of receiving your complaint with the steps that we propose to take to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with our response, we may seek to appoint an independent mediator. The mediation process is a voluntary one, and you cannot be compelled to take part in it if this is against your wishes.
None of the above procedures affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
